Sickos in the Senate about the C5 Villar Controversy
I do not understand why people just focus on Villar’s involvement in the villar c5 controversy. I guess they are just stuck on the idea and they have ignored the fact that Mike Velarde and SM Holdings also have accountability on this villar c5 overpricing issue. The hearings in the Senate has become more like a ring for presidentiables and vice presidentiables, a venue for them to bad mouth each other. They twist stories just to bring one person down so that their ratings go up. I wish they just talk about more sensical issues like how to give the homeless their own homes, how to help the unemployed get employed, etc. Manny Villar is a businessman, so is Henry Sy and Mike Velarde. They made a proposal that the goverment approved of. These projects are legit projects. They were approved. It just so happened that they already went over their budget. The truth is all goverment projects, finished goverment projects that is, often do not just stick within the budget. There maybe some unforseen expenses, overpriced materials, and other things that are clearly out of Villar’s, Sy’s, Velarde’s, and the goverment’s control. I just hope this issue dies down already. All the C5 talk is eating up the time and the money of our kababayans. The Senadors, including the mastermind of this black propaganda – Jamby Madrigal, are using the people’s money to bring down a presidentiable during election time. I think I want new Senators this term… more objective and results oriented Senators. Read, c5 villar issue.

I don’t understand the hype and hoopla surrounding the c5 villar controversy. It is uncalled for. It is a case of much ado about nothing.
