What is a Bail Bond
Well, this means that if you are arrested for any type of criminal offense, your innocence is maintained until you appear in court for
a fair and just hearing in front of a judge. So where do bail bonds fit into this?
A bail bond is a type of surety offered to a court of law. It is offered as a type of insurance that states that if you are released from jail you will willfully return on the assigned date of your court hearing. If you do not return, all moneys will not be refunded and a warrant will be issued for the alleged criminal’s arrest.
They allow this because of the original topic of discussion; “Innocent until proven guilty in a court of law”. Because our justice systems assumes innocence until convicted in court they need to offer some type of option to let you out of jail until your hearing.

I like this one very much being it so informative. It makes me understand the value of the internet for sure.
It is good that some such options are still there where the person gets an option to get the innocence part revealed. It has many different legal implications that should be studied.
According to the bail bond law it states that after you are released from jail you need to appear for the court hearings and if you fail all the money will be taken along with an arrest warrant.
